Please contact us at orders@earthhighness.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Place your order number in the subject line and the corrected address in the body of the message. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours from us confirming we are going to update your address, check that you've correctly spelled the email address and resend it to us. 

In the case that your package is returned back to us due to insufficient address etc., we can get it back shipped out to you with a reshipping fee of $20.00. Email orders@earthhighness.com with all requests and concerns.

You can reach customer service by emailing your general inquries or concerns to info@earthhighness.com. Order inquiries will not be replied to in this email. You must email orders@earthhighness.com. Customer Service hours are M-F 9:00 AM - 9 PM CST. We typically respond to all emails within 72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Response times may be delayed during holidays, restocks, sales, giveaways & large events.

As a small business, we strive to provide you the best customer experience. If for any reason, fraudulent chargebacks occur, you won't be able to shop with us again.

Yoni Punch is an all natural peronal lubricant made with Water, Salix (Willow Bark), Calendula, Slippery Elm, Seaweed, Gotu Kola, and Gingko.

We start clean and finish clean. We formulate all of our products for those who are extremely sensitive in general. Although all ingredients are skin safe and non toxic, we do recommend all customers perform a patch test before full use of the product.

Yoni Punch is pH balanced and skin safe.

Yoni punch is safe to use during oral play. While it is safe to ingest during normal saliva ingestion, please do not drink it or swallow in large amounts. Afterall, it isn't fruit punch (haha).

Absolutely! Yoni Punch is safe to use with condoms and all toys.

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final. If you have any concerns or issues with your order upon receiving it, please contact us with a detailed desciption about your issue.

We are unable to make changes to any orders regarding product selections once it is already placed. You would need to place a new order.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. As we hand make our products with love, processing times are currently 4 business days. Priority Shipping is 2-3 business days after processing time. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on the USPS courier website.

Courier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you within 7 days of being shipped, please contact our support team so that we can assist you with the next steps. If tracking shows that your order was delievered and you didn't receive it please reach out to your local carrier or neighbors for assistance as it may have been delievered to the wrong address mistakenly by the carrier. Earth Highness LLC is not responsible for lost packages that show up as "Delivered" on tracking. A $25.00 reship fee is required to have another order sent. 

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Upon receiving your order, please check it for any issues even if you don't plan on using it right away. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support within 7 days of delivery to check if it's eligible for replacement. If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may not be able to establish a proper investigation to accommadate your request.
